COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer ECL03B1A2A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Prestolite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Shamrock product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Prestolite such as the JCA4002N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC1ITE manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TC1D3811U6 by Manufacturer Shamrock as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Scheider-Electric Brand LAD4RCU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as LEN01B002024A equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G037H415923 made by Danfoss as well as the popular P40P42A12P1240 original spares produced by Potter-Brumfield Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EH175 by Abb and LEN01B002024A spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LP1D1810 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
